What is your shipping policy?

We generally ship via USPS First Class Mail. Rates vary depending on product and destination; Paypal will allow you to enter your zip code before entering your card information to get your order total.

If you need your order faster, send a note and we'll accomodate you the best we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all the time.

Do you accept bulk orders? Is there a discount?

Yes, we do take bulk orders. If you are hosting a fund raiser or other event and need more than 20 of one item, you can get a bulk rate discount. Inquire via the contact form.

How long will it take to receive my stuff?

Almost all orders for in-stock items are shipped out within 2 days; we ship about 3 times per week, or more often if necessary. Domestic mail takes between 2 - 5 days for delivery, with the average time being 3 days. International orders should arrive within two weeks, although packages are occasionally delayed at customs. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

I don't have/don't want to use Paypal. Can I pay using another method?

Sure. Talk to us and arrange a payment by money order or well-concealed cash.

What is your privacy policy? What do you do with my contact information?

We're not in the spamming business. We don't sell of transfer your information to anyone. We use your name and mailing address soley to ship your order. We may use your email address to send you notifications about your order and, from time to time, information about new products. Our payments are handled by PayPal, so we never see your credit card information (in fact, we don't even know what type of card you used). Paypal does collect additional information from you; see their privacy policy for more information.

What is your relationship to Kiva.org?

KivaStore.org is a volunteer organization that spreads the word of Kiva via the sale of promotional products. Kiva has claim on all the profits generated by the KivaStore. Kiva staffers do not have any participation in the order fulfillment process, so don't blame them if there is a problem with your order (-:

Are there ever problems with orders?

Never.

What is the difference between KivaStore.org and the Kiva CafePress store?

CafePress is a commercial entity specializing in the production of one-off promotional products. KivaStore.org is a volunteer-run organization that keeps its own stock of inventory. Because of this, we are able to offer products at a fair price will still maintaining a good profit margin for Kiva.


KivaStore sells promotional products to help spread the word about Kiva.org.
KivaStore is run by volunteers, and sales of existing products go toward reinvesting in new ways to share Kiva with the world.
